YOU MAY RETURN FOR EXCHANGE:

  • All item(s) must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn.
  • All item(s) must be returned in the original selling condition, including original packaging, price tags, barcodes, and labels.
  • Items that are damaged, marked, or found to have manufacturing errors are acceptable for exchange. A new item in good condition or another item with the same purchased value will be sent back to the customer (subject to stock availability).
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

YOU MAY NOT RETURN FOR EXCHANGE:

  • Accessories and free gifts such as brooches, bags, and similar items.
  • Pre-order and backout order item(s).
  • Sale items or purchases made using discount coupons.
  • Items that are damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (unless proven to be a manufacturing fault).

If we receive items that do not meet the above conditions, they will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.


RETURN FOR EXCHANGE PROCESS:

If the return tag is still attached and the item is in an unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition, returns will be accepted for:

  • Exchange with another/same item of equal value
  • Store credit
  • Full refund via bank transfer

Return must be posted back within:
a) 7 working days from arrival of package (local delivery)
b) 14 working days from arrival of package (overseas delivery)

c) Items purchased online can be exchanged via online or at our HQ (address below).
Customers must first contact us for acknowledgement and stock arrangement.

DEFECTIVE / WRONG / MISSING ITEM(S):

If you received a missing, defective, or wrong item, please email us at kulskaf@gmail.com with your Order ID (#XXXXXX) using the subject header “Missing, Defect & Wrong”.
Include:

  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Pictures or videos (whichever applicable)
  • Your preference for refund or exchange

We will advise and assist you accordingly.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Non-Faulty Product:

  • Once order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled as it will be immediately processed.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, you may return it after receiving (subject to return policy).

Faulty Product:

  • All product details on the website are provided “as is”.
  • Product images may differ slightly due to lighting or monitor settings.
  • If the item received is faulty, please contact us.
    We will inspect the product and advise on replacement or refund.
    If the product returned is not faulty, we may decline replacement/refund and request you to cover return delivery costs.

REFUND POLICY

Customers are eligible for a full refund if:
a) Received parcel with missing or faulty item(s).
b) Order was cancelled with a valid reason.
c) Ordered item(s) are out of stock.
d) Special cases approved by management.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.


PRODUCT GUARANTEE

We prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure:

  • Product(s) are delivered within 10 working days from processing date (excluding peak season/sale campaigns).
  • Product(s) are in perfect condition as advertised.

If you experience a delivery delay, we will extend your return/exchange period by 2 extra days and offer store credit as an apology.
